Rockstar named the GTA 6 radio hosts on 8 October 2026. Six stations have hosts so far: Bad Bunny and RaiNao on Cocoteo FM, Burna Boy and Palms Trax on AfroBank FM, Kerry King and Tom Araya on The Chamber 106.6, Robyn and Alex Consani on Flash FM, Trick Daddy and Trina on Dirty South Classics, and Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene on Back Country Radio.
Who are the GTA 6 radio hosts?
The table shows the six stations that Rockstar previewed, the real hosts, and the music type. Rockstar gives the music type on its official GTA 6 music page. The press reports give the host names.
| Station | Real hosts | Music type (Rockstar) |
|---|---|---|
| Cocoteo FM | Bad Bunny and RaiNao | Modern Latin |
| AfroBank FM | Burna Boy and Palms Trax | Amapiano, African classics, 3-step |
| The Chamber 106.6 | Kerry King and Tom Araya | Metal |
| Flash FM | Robyn and Alex Consani | Pop (Rockstar calls it "The Vice City institution") |
| Dirty South Classics | Trick Daddy and Trina | Regional rap and hip-hop classics |
| Back Country Radio | Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene | Renegade country |
Back Country Radio is the only station with three hosts. The FADER identifies Jeremy Dufrene as the husband of Lana Del Rey. Kerry King and Tom Araya are members of Slayer.
These six stations are not the full list. Rockstar says that GTA 6 has stations "from Classic Rock to Talk Radio". Rockstar also calls the set "the biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio and podcasts yet". The music page names the hosts of these six stations only.
What names do the GTA 6 hosts use on air?
The hosts do not always use their full names on air. Each station has a short text on the Rockstar music page, and the text gives the DJ names. No press article in the top search results lists all of them.
| Station | On-air names in the Rockstar text |
|---|---|
| Cocoteo FM | El Martillo and La Gata |
| AfroBank FM | Burna and Palmsy |
| The Chamber 106.6 | DJ Kerry and DJ Tom |
| Flash FM | Robyn and Alex |
| Dirty South Classics | Trick and Trina |
| Back Country Radio | MW and Delta Dawne |
Rockstar does not say which Cocoteo FM host is El Martillo and which host is La Gata. Rockstar also does not say who uses the name Delta Dawne. Loudwire confirms that Tom Araya and Kerry King go by DJ Tom and DJ Kerry.
A nickname on air is not new for Rockstar. Loudwire notes that Axl Rose of Guns N' Roses used the DJ name Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith in GTA: San Andreas.
What songs play on each GTA 6 radio station?
Rockstar put a short preview of each station on its music page. The FADER and Loudwire name some songs for each station. Loudwire confirms that the three songs for The Chamber play in its preview. The table shows the songs that they name. It is not a full song list.
| Station | Songs named in the reports |
|---|---|
| Cocoteo FM | "EoO" by Bad Bunny; "Si Es Trucho Es Trucho (Remix)" by Axel Rulay ft. Farruko & El Alfa; "Canalla" by Romeo Santos & El Chaval de la Bachata |
| AfroBank FM | "Shay'sana" by DJ Lag and Robot Boii ft. Kamo Mphela; "Gye Wani" by Pat Thomas and Ebo Taylor |
| The Chamber 106.6 | "I" by Black Sabbath; "I'm Broken" by Pantera; "Raining Blood" by Slayer |
| Flash FM | "Good Ones" by Charli XCX; "Electric Feel" by MGMT |
| Dirty South Classics | "Like A Pimp" by David Banner ft. Lil' Flip; "Who Dat" by JT Money ft. Solé; "Born N Raised" by DJ Khaled ft. Rick Ross, Pitbull and Trick Daddy |
| Back Country Radio | "The Conversation" by Hank Williams, Jr. & Waylon Jennings; "Don't Come Home A-Drinkin' (With Lovin' On Your Mind)" by Loretta Lynn |
In the preview for The Chamber, Tom Araya says this line before "Raining Blood": "The world's a heavy place. Give it the thrashing soundtrack it deserves."
The radio is not the same as the album. GTA 6: The Album has 34 original tracks, and the Justice score is a separate release. Our post on the GTA 6 soundtrack release date and the Justice score gives the dates for each one.
Who else talks on GTA 6 radio?
The famous hosts are not the only voices. Loudwire reports that two real radio people are in the preview for The Chamber:
- Caity Babs, from the SiriusXM stations Octane and Turbo
- Shawn the Butcher, from Liquid Metal
Rockstar says that GTA 6 also has podcasts and Talk Radio. The music page does not name the people on these shows.
Have famous musicians hosted GTA radio before?
Yes. Axl Rose hosted a station in GTA: San Andreas, as the section above shows. Loudwire also notes that Iggy Pop hosted a station in an earlier game. For the GTA 5 hosts, our list of GTA 5 radio DJs and who voices them gives every host by station.
Is DJ Cara a GTA 6 radio host?
No. Non-Stop-Pop FM is not one of the six stations, and DJ Cara is not on the host list. Read whether DJ Cara is in GTA 6 for the full answer.
If you miss her, you can type a line and hear it in her style with the DJ Cara voice generator. The voice is an AI recreation of the radio character, not Cara Delevingne, and Rockstar has nothing to do with it.
When can you hear the GTA 6 radio stations?
You can hear a preview of each of the six stations now on the Rockstar GTA 6 music page. The full stations come with the game. Loudwire gives the release date of GTA 6 as 19 November 2026. Rockstar gives the same date for GTA 6: The Album.
