Cara Delevingne is in GTA 5 as a radio host. She plays DJ Cara, the voice of Non-Stop-Pop FM, and she appears under her own name. She is in Grand Theft Auto Online as well, on the same station.
She does not appear as a character you meet, and she takes no part in the story. You hear her when you turn on a car radio.
What she recorded
Delevingne recorded the links between the songs: the station introductions, the track introductions, the jokes about Los Santos, and the hand-overs to the commercials and the news. There are hundreds of these lines.
She recorded them twice. The first session was for the 2013 release. She returned to Rockstar for a second session, and that one added the extra dialogue you hear in the enhanced version of the game.
Her radio show
Non-Stop-Pop FM sits at 100.7 FM in Los Santos. It plays pop, dance and R&B, and it bills itself as "Pop hits from the 80s, 90s, Naughties and today."
It is a radio station inside a game, not a podcast. You cannot subscribe to it. It runs while you drive.

One of these is gone. An update to GTA 5 Enhanced in September 2026 removed Moloko's "The Time Is Now". Rockstar gave no reason, and an expired licence is the likely one. The game is 13 years old, and a music licence usually runs for about ten.
Why Rockstar wanted her
She was the most talked-about model in Britain in 2012, and she had almost no acting credits. That gave the station a real voice with no other character attached to it. It also gave Non-Stop-Pop FM a British host in an American city, which she uses as a running joke:
"Time for some adverts! That's English for 'commercials'."
"Where I come from, everyone is much more open about the fact that they hate you. Here, people like to pretend they really care."
